    Hi just to say I absolutely loved this - thank you so much! I've been struggling to find good isometric leg workouts. I'm having to move away from HIIT because of my hypermobility - during a flair up I can only really do static holds - and its been getting me down not being able to run or hike, which I love. I loved this one though. It really cheered me up and made me feel encouraged that there's still plenty I can do. Thank you :) Subscribed!
